La Tourette Golf Course

Situated amid the rolling hills of Staten Island's Greenbelt in New York City, La Tourette Golf Course is a historic municipal facility offering scenic views of historic Richmond Town and a classic parkland layout.

Originally established in 1928-1929 with an initial nine holes and expanded to 18 in the 1930s, the course was primarily designed by David L. Rees, with later contributions from John Van Kleek and Frank Duane.

Commissioned by GOLF NYC in partnership with NBC Universal, this project was part of a broader initiative to photograph and film all nine of GOLF NYC's municipal golf properties across New York City. The goal was to deliver a cohesive visual identity and consistent look and feel across the portfolio while highlighting each course's unique character, positioning La Tourette Golf Course, along with its sister facilities, as must-play public golf destinations in the New York City area.
